KNOXZY® Sodium Chloride 0.9% w/v Irrigation Solution is a sterile, preservative-free isotonic saline used for topical irrigation and wound cleansing, and for cleansing of the eye.

Indications:

  • Wound cleansing
  • Topical irrigation of the eye.

Directions for use:

Hold the vial upright and gently twist off the top. For drop-by-drop use, gently squeeze the vial to dispense. For single use only – discard after use and do not reseal or reuse.

Storage and precautions:

  • Store below 30°C. Do not freeze. Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Keep away from sunlight and heat. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the vial.
  • Do not reuse or resterilise vials. Do not dilute before use, and do not use unless the solution is clear and the vial is intact.
  • Not to be used with other irrigation fluids containing silver, lead or mercurials. Dispose of used or empty vials according to local procedures.

Contraindications and side effects:

  • Do not mix with any other fluid except as directed.
